My cancellation policy is as follows: 1) 3 weeks ahead of scheduled sit - no charge 2) 11 - 20 days ahead of scheduled sit - 50% of total payment 3) 1 - 10 days ahead of scheduled sit - 70% of total payment **Emergency situations evaluated at the time with supporting evidence
